David brings over 25 years of progressive management and construction experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Pennecon. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University, is currently enrolled in the Masters of Law program at Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Prior to joining Pennecon, David held senior management positions with Xylem, an international leader in the water and wastewater business, as well within the construction industry in Canada and the US.
David held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Pennecon before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Outside of work, David is an avid sailor and a member of the Masonic Order.
