Courage to Care

Courage to Care began at the Iron Ore Company of Canada in 2019. It is a process used to help identify the risks and hazards that we encounter in our day-to-day tasks. The ideas and solutions to help reduce or eliminate these risks and hazards come from the people doing the work. By mitigating these issues from the front lines, we are creating a risk aware culture. We are giving the employees a voice to shape their own safety mindset and collaborate with all levels of the business to implement improvements in their individual areas.
